At House of Aesthetics, porcelain veneers start from PKR 25,000 per tooth. A 6-tooth smile set is priced at PKR 130,000, and a full 10-tooth smile at PKR 200,000. Composite veneers are available at a lower price point. The final cost depends on the number of teeth, the material used, and the complexity of your case. Porcelain veneers typically last 10–15 years with proper care. Composite veneers last 3–7 years. The longevity of veneers depends on your oral hygiene habits, whether you grind your teeth (bruxism), and how carefully you follow aftercare instructions. We provide a custom nightguard for patients who grind their teeth to protect the investment.

The veneer procedure involves minimal discomfort. Local anaesthetic is used during the enamel preparation phase, so you will not feel pain during the treatment. Some patients experience mild tooth sensitivity for a few days after preparation as the teeth adjust — this is normal and temporary. The final bonding appointment is entirely pain-free.

Most adults with healthy teeth and gums are candidates for veneers. Ideal candidates have concerns about the colour, shape, size, or minor alignment of their teeth. You should not have active gum disease, large existing cavities, or severely misaligned teeth (which are better treated with aligners or orthodontics first). Patients who heavily grind their teeth may need a nightguard for long-term success. Your dentist will assess your suitability at your free consultation.

Porcelain veneers are laboratory-fabricated from ceramic and bonded to the tooth surface. They are more stain-resistant, stronger, more lifelike in appearance, and longer-lasting (10–15 years). Composite veneers are applied directly by the dentist in a single appointment using tooth-coloured resin — they are more affordable but less durable (3–7 years) and more prone to staining. Your dentist will discuss which option is best suited to your goals and budget.

Porcelain veneers typically require 2–3 visits: (1) Consultation and smile design — we show you a digital preview of your results; (2) Tooth preparation and temporary veneers — a thin layer of enamel is removed and temporary veneers placed while your permanent ones are fabricated; (3) Final bonding — your custom porcelain veneers are precision-bonded to your teeth. The entire process takes approximately 2–3 weeks.

Veneers can correct the appearance of mildly misaligned, uneven, or slightly crooked teeth by changing their shape and creating the visual illusion of straightness. However, for moderate-to-significant misalignment, orthodontic treatment (braces or clear aligners) is the appropriate first step. Your dentist will honestly advise whether veneers alone can achieve your desired result or whether combined treatment would serve you better.

Veneers require the same care as natural teeth — twice-daily brushing with a non-abrasive toothpaste, daily flossing, and regular dental check-ups every 6 months. Avoid biting hard objects (ice, pens, bottle caps), and use a nightguard if recommended for teeth grinding. While porcelain is stain-resistant, avoid excessive consumption of coffee, tea, and red wine. With proper care, your veneers will look beautiful for well over a decade.
