1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (houseofaestheticspk.com) or using any services provided by House of Aesthetics ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, patients, and users of our website and clinical services, based at 107-A Sector A, DHA Phase 6, behind Dolmen Mall, Lahore, Pakistan.

2. Services Provided

House of Aesthetics provides aesthetic and cosmetic dental treatments, including but not limited to laser hair removal, HydraFacial, Botox, dermal fillers, PRP therapy, chemical peels, and cosmetic and restorative dental procedures.

All clinical treatments are provided by or under the supervision of qualified medical practitioners (MBBS or BDS) registered with the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) or Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC).

We reserve the right to decline, modify, or discontinue any treatment if, in the professional judgement of our doctors, it is not medically appropriate for you.

3. Consultations and Bookings

All treatment bookings are subject to a consultation with our clinical team. A treatment cannot proceed without prior assessment.

You agree to provide accurate and complete medical history information during consultation, including all medications, allergies, prior treatments, and relevant health conditions. Inaccurate or withheld information may affect your safety and treatment outcomes.

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in a consultation fee being required for future bookings.

WhatsApp is our primary communication channel for appointment bookings and follow-ups. By contacting us via WhatsApp, you consent to receive clinical communications through that channel.

4. Medical Disclaimer

The content on this website — including treatment descriptions, FAQs, before-and-after images, and blog articles — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation with a qualified physician.

Individual results vary. Before-and-after images, testimonials, and outcome descriptions on this website represent actual patient results but are not a guarantee of results for any individual patient.

All treatments carry risks and potential side effects. These are disclosed fully during your consultation. Proceeding with any treatment confirms that you have been informed of and accept those risks.

If you have a medical emergency, please call 1122 (Rescue) or visit the nearest hospital emergency department immediately.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on our website and pricing page are indicative and subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at your consultation after clinical assessment.

Payment is due at the time of service unless a package or payment plan has been agreed in writing prior to treatment.

Package prices are non-transferable between patients. Used sessions within a package are non-refundable.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes where stated.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Completed individual treatment sessions are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

For treatment packages, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at the per-session rate (not the package rate) at the discretion of clinic management, subject to a processing fee.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@houseofaestheticspk.com within 30 days of the relevant treatment date.

We are not liable for any indirect losses, travel costs, or consequential expenses arising from cancelled or postponed appointments.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, illustrations, logos, and before-and-after photography — is the intellectual property of House of Aesthetics and is protected under Pakistani copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Patient photography is used only with explicit written patient consent and is not shared without that consent remaining in force.

8. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, systems, or servers.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time, for any reason, without notice.

While we strive to keep our website accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the information provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, House of Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific treatment in relation to which the claim arises.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of our clinical staff, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of our website or services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
