Pre & Post Treatment Care
Before Your Treatment
- Come with clean, makeup-free skin or arrive early to remove makeup
- Avoid using retinoids or exfoliating acids for 3 days before treatment
- Stay well hydrated in the days before your appointment
- Avoid excessive sun exposure for 48 hours before treatment
After Your Treatment
- Apply SPF 50+ the morning after and every day thereafter
- Avoid exfoliating products for 48 hours post-treatment
- Stay hydrated — drink plenty of water to maximise the hydration effect
- Avoid heat treatments for 24 hours
- You can wear makeup after 6–8 hours if desired
- Repeat monthly for best maintained results
